Training
	It is so important that we maintain our quality and consistency, every incoming barista receives hands-on coffee education at our training facility located in Albany, Oregon. There, baristas will have the opportunity to practice making our products & learn how to interact with our customers. All of our Beanery management receives an in-depth, intensive training to ensure their success. To guarantee an excellent experience for our customers and a successful barista, we focus on customer interaction, quality, teamwork, attitude, first impressions, and of course fun!
